About Mike!

Mike is an avid fisherman, one of the reasons he decided to retire in Beaufort after a successful career in the US Navy where he served as a Navy Master Diver. On weekends, he can be found (if not working with clients) cruising the waterways looking for schools of Redfish on the banks of our beautiful rivers. Mike is a FULL time Realtor and also owns No Worries Charters, LLC, a fulltime time guide service. Mike enjoys being with friends and family and building relationships with clients on a solid foundation of trust and reliabilty.

 

Meet Mike Sackman.....

Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker and ABR(Accredited Buyers Representative, a highly distinguished national designation). MILITARY RELOCATION is a priority in his business plan, serving relocating military personnel coming to the Beaufort Naval Hospital, Parris Island MCRD, and Marine Corp Air Station, Beaufort.

Mike's also a licensed Coast Guard Captain, thus, enabling him to help clients understand the local waterways and showing deepwater homes and home sites to his clients. Mike has been known from time to time to take trips to the Gulfstream on extreme fishing adventures for dolphin, wahoo, sailfish, red snapper, grouper, and usually have more fun than a person could stand.

I run my business almost exclusively by referral and treat every client with that in mind. If I don't do great in your eyes, you aren't going to refer a friend or family member to me, hence I fail. I also have a data base of professionals with the tools to help you with the home buying and selling process, anything from a mortgage to home repair, even car repair recommendations!
