About Us:
Prior to my Real Estate career, I was self employed as a computer programmer and Internet business consultant. After buying my first home and doing some research on real estate investing, I decided to take courses to learn more about investing in real estate. I found that I enjoyed the process and ultimately was persuaded by a friend to come into the business, albeit it did not take much convincing :)
After working with some friends in the REO (Real Estate Owned), or foreclosure arena, I decided to branch out and opened my own company. I did this for several years and finally realized that I did not enjoy the management aspects anymore and just wanted to get back into the field.I went to a small brokerage while I got my web presence in order, teamed up with one of my agents, and recently opened up Tech Realty®.
I also work as a real estate trainer and coach to other agents around the country and help them to utilize technology in their day to day business in an effort to help them create more business, and better services to their clients.
My business partner, Andries Butler, and I work the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast and find that we work very well as a team. There are a lot of advantages to working as a team and we have capitalized on most of them. Our clients are much happier because of both of our experience levels and the fact that we both have designated roles in their transactions.

Areas of Expertise
Andries and I both have our own areas of expertise which makes us a unique team.
Andries started his real estate career in Wisconsin, where he thrived in an eat or get eaten market. He learned how to find the properties that most other agents either did not know how, or had no interest in doing. This created an outstanding work ethic for him and he continues to work hard at finding those hard to locate properties, unlisted properties, and more. The motto here is "whatever it takes"
I (Damion) started my career after over a decade in the computer industry where I ultimately did a bit of everything from repairs to programming, but I had a very strong emphasis in web technologies. I use this experience to effectively market myself and my seller clients' properties more efficiently and more effectivly than the average agent. As a real estate investor, I am able to help other investors make more concise goals and plans as well as help them valuate potential investments.
Together, we have over a decade of real estate experience under out belts and are very qualified to assist in almost any real estate transaction. Our only shortfall would be in the Industrial sector.
