Since my office and my personal residence is in the East Cobb area, that is my primary area of focus.  From time to time I have done business in other parts of the metro Atlanta area; but I consider myself best suited to service clients who are in the areas of East Cobb that are known for the good school districts.  I have a very thorough understanding of the local market(s) and how they are changing on a day-to-day basis. I believe heavily in studying statistics about the market and using them to provide a more thoughful assistance to my clients when advising them about pricing-related issues.
