About Me, Achievements and Future Goals
I entered this industry in 2000, with one thought. To make money; and help others achieve that same goal. I started as a funder at Washington Mutual. After several months I couldn't understand why my processor and escrow couldn't send me a complete file. I requested to be transferred into the sub-prime division of warehouse loans as a processor. After two weeks I quit. I was offered a position in escrow. I've been here ever since.
At 26 years old, I received my designation as an escrow officer and today I am one of the top producing Escrow Officers at Caliber Escrow, Inc. I am an active member of the California Escrow Association and currently completing my Post Designation as a Certified Escrow Officer. In November of 2008, I will be celebrating my 4th year with Caliber Escrow, Inc. and my 7th year in escrow. My endeavor is to build upon my present clientèle and create the best team.
As an escrow officer, I am proficient in residential, mobile homes, constructions, commercial sales, short sales, R.E.O. and refinances. Bulk Transfers (Business Tranfers) with and without ABC licensing I am also proficient in.
