The allure

I am a certified Resort/Second Home Property Specialist - actually one of the charter members of this certification.  I have been living in this lakeside community for 20 yrs enjoying the beautiful surroundings whether it be swimming, fishing, driving through the countryside or just enjoying a nice relaxing meal at one of the lakeside restaurants.  The Finger Lakes area where I live is a "special" area that I would like to share with those that have the amenities to have a vacation home or are just interested in purchasing a property on one of the lakes to be utilized as income property.  These lakes are very popular of course during the summer months, but many folks come during the other seasons to enjoy as well.  There are those that come to taste the wine at the many wineries, and then there are the avid fishermen that are being called by the wonderful supply of perch and trout and then there are those that just want to get away and relax, taking in the wonderful surroundings.

Areas of Expertise

There are many types of homes in the area, from quaint village homes, old restored Victorian gems, farmhouses and of course  beautiful lakeside residences, some that are enjoyed year round as a first home and then there are those that are rented out to the numerous folks from near and afar that are looking to enjoy these wondrous lakes.  My certification as as Resort Property Specialist allows me to match the correct property with the buyer.  I can assist the client with 1031 tax exchanges or help calculate a return on investment.
