About Maria:

Maria is a full time, residential real estate consultant since 2006.  In 2007, Maria was named Keller Williams Spartanburg Rookie of the Year.  In 2008, Maria listed and sold her first short sale for a client that was 'underwater' with their mortgage. She was able to close the transaction, from listing to the closing table, in only 3 months.  It was then when Maria realized the focus that she wanted to give to her career.  Maria is a short sale specialist in Spartanburg - Greenville, SC.  She holds a Short Sale and REO Certification from the Five Star Institute.  After attending Keller Williams University Short Sale Mastery Intensive Program, Maria became one of CitiMortgage's preferred realtors in Spartanburg and Greenville Counties.  

Maria also enjoys working with buyers that are relocating to the the Upstate, SC, first time home buyers and equity sellers.
