- Only need ONE year on the job for wage earners or self employed

- Need three years out of foreclosure and two years out of bankruptcy

- NO MORTGAGE INSURANCE!!!

- CDMP has NOT been doing any 5% reductions in the LTV due to declining markets

 - There are income limitations for each county on this loan

- Can use alternative credit for those with limited or no credit history
