"To anyone looking for Realtor satisfaction.  If you are in the market for a real estate agent, please take the time to read this.  I think you will be glad that you did.  I am not an expert in real estate so I knew I needed someone that was.  My first deal on a house, I went with a Realtor recommended by a friend.  It was a mistake.  The agent he recommended was a high volume, rapid turnover type that was more concerned with the quick deal than taking good care of me.  He got his commission and ran off to the next deal.  I lived in the house until I retired and wanted to relocate.  I am not sure how I found Matt, but he was the total opposite of the first guy.  From day one he devoted himself to taking care of my needs.  He did everything: negotiated the best deal and advised me openly and honestly.  He arranged the financing on my relocation and walked me through the whole thing ... he even dealed with the out of state Realtor in Oregon where I was moving to.  He went above and beyond the usual duties of an agent.  He even showed up on a weekend and worked building a deck to improve the house.  When everything was done, my house sold in 8 days for $10,000 more than I was asking and I am now in an equivalent house in my new location.  Bottom line: If I ever need another Realtor in California, I'll return to Matt.  I am one very satisfied and believe I have a new friend." - Richard Scott Warren
