Team Kelly will always provide the best service possible for every client We represent. We will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. We will never enter into a client relationship where We know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. We will never enter into an agreement with a Seller or Buyer who is unrealistic in regards to proper pricing. When hired, We will always make recommendations that can assist my client even if it means telling them things that they do not want to hear. We acknowledge that We may periodically lose business because we am truthful with our clients and sometimes our competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. We will always remember that to have a winning relationship with our clients, we must always have a mutual goal.

We will never lose sight that our honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what make us so very different from the real estate masses. Gayle Ward is a loving wife and mother of two children.  After twenty years of working in television news, Gayle decided to find a career that was family friendly as well as satisfying.  Real Estate has been the perfect choice.  Gayle has spent the past few years in Real Estate helping people through the home buying or selling process.  As an Agent Partner for Keller Williams Realty,  and a member of Team Kelly,  she has found that she can give each client the time and attention that they need to meet and exceed their Real Estate goals.  At the same time, she has accomplished her own goal of finding the perfect career — one that allows her to go to the soccer games,  be a school volunteer,  attend the chorus recitals, and just spend quality time with herfamily.
