About Us:
- I was born in Denver, Co and raised in Blacksburg, VA and Boone, NC. I first fell in love with these mountains as a camper in the mid '80's at Camp Celo in Celo, NC.
- For sellers, I offer the marketing expertise, including a free marketing plan that includes internet, newspaper, and real estate magazine advertising as well as a comparative marketing analysis.
- For buyers, I offer the knowledge of the schools, hospitals, restaurants, and recreational activities to help you make a smooth transition into Asheville or to another home in the area.

We phoned your office about 8:30 a.m. one Saturday morning. With no particular agent in mind, we were transferred Mukunda. We were impressed that someone was there and ready to help so early on a Saturday. Since we were going to be limited on time, we discussed what we were interested in, and he sent several listings via e mail. Prior to our arrival, which was just a week after initial contact, he had prescreened several listings, and saved us a great deal of time.
