My areas of expertise include investment properties, condos, and residential single family homes in West Hartford, Farmington, Avon, Bristol, Plainville, and New Hartford. I also have obtaineed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. I have a fair amount of expertise in historic properties, having listed and sold a number of them, as well as having re-habbed some myself.
I see quality of service and depth of knowledge as my primary "value added" qualities. While real estate was "white hot" during many recent years many agents got into the business to make extra money. The requirements for becoming a realtor are fairly simple. However, I believe that being a successful Realtor, who builds a clientele of happy customers, is another thing entirely.
