Dear Mr. Abbasi - Broker Keller Williams Realty,

It has taken me a while to write you a letter expressing my gratitude for the Exhaustive effort made by MUNISH to sell our investment property. Before we put our house up for sale , we interviewed several Brokers. To my dismay, most of them promised to sell it in "record time", except they insisted that the asking price be reduced several thousand dollars less than what we had in mind. They claimed to have suggested the best price according to market analysis.

Fortunately, we held out for a more desireable selling price. Your sales agent MUNISH took special care to listen to us and to research the property to recommend the best possible price. As you well know, we sold our house for an amount very close to our asking price. During the time that the house was up for sale we were overwhelmed by the different problems that arose from day to day. Not being proficient in real estate transactions, we took for granted that the sale of a house was a simple matter once the price was negotiated, but we misjudged the whole process. Psychology and expertise were essential on the part of the sales agent Munish or the sale would not have been concluded as expediently as was the case.

Additionally, obtaining the different certications and inspections from the city of North Bergen necessary for the sale were handled in a prompt and efficient manner. We did not have to take time off from our busy schedules in order to handle any of this ourselves. Munish Sawhney was well versed and knowledgeable in the real estate field and we are very grateful.
