You genuinely care about your clients and do not use high pressure sales tactics. Rather, you listen and try to match what your clients are looking for.

I still remember when you first came over. You were friendly and professional and you brought us Tim Horton coffees which hit the spot (ha ha).
You returned our emails on time and phone calls. I think what I appreciated most Shannon was your honesty. You told us you did not feel it was the right time to sell based on our situation. When Sean and I first met you at an open house on Kingsridge. We could not believe how wonderful you were. It was great to talk to you then. Then later that same week, you dropped by to let us know that you were available to help us out, if not on the kingsridge house then on any other. You also were amazing when a friend of ours was looking for houses here and spent a couple of afternoons showing us houses (too bad she moved to Ottawa instead)
You have always been open and friendly, remembering things about our family and our particular tastes in homes. You were able to answers my questions and if you didn't know them exactly at that moment for the exact specifications of a particular home I was interested in, you got back to me with the answer promptly.
Whenever I called or emailed, you always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
