I have been a top producing Broker in Southern California over the past 10 years. I own and operate Home Central Realty and its Loan Origination Division, Home Central Financial. I have in-depth professional training in REO's, BPO's and am a certified agent in both fields. I am a preferred broker for many assets management & lenders: PAS (Wells Fargo), Indymac, Countrywide, Wachovia & BofA, etc. I have extensive REO experience from having sold & managed hundreds of REO properties.
