We encountered problem after problem, with an uncooperative lender, buyers defaulting and contracts falling through. The only person we had no problems with was Matthew, we could not have done it without him. His knowledge and expertise in his field was far and above what we had expected from a realtor. As a real estate investor I have met, conducted business with and established business relations with many, many brokers and agents. Solely and with partners I have purchased and sold numerous properties in five states.
