What I Can Do For You

In 2009 created The Mosaic Realty Group in order to better serve clients with physical challenges.  Headed up a task force with our local MLS to added 20 new searchable descriptors for listings modified for accessible living. Developed a network of like-minded affiliates who believe, like we do, that people with mobility impairments and other physical challenges deserve improved service from the Real Estate community.

But The Mosaic Realty Group is not just about serving clients with physical challenges or disabilities; our team is ready to assist serious sellers and qualified buyers through multifaceted process that is a real estate transaction. Assisting us and supporting our clients is a team of affiliates including: lenders and mortgage brokers, several title companies, home warranty companies, and home inspectors.  These companies have been pre-screened for their professional expertise and competence, commitment to exceptional service, and an "extra mile" attitude, regardless of the difficulties, complexities, or hurdles to overcome.  Our affiliates are the "best of the best".  This team approach insures that our clients, all of our clients, receive the best in professional real estate support and services.

In March 2010, the Mosaic Realty Group received the Prudential Real Estate Associates national Diversity Award, for developing marketing tools and buyer tools for clients with disabilities and for the promotion of Accessible Housing within the Phoenix Metro area, and the State of Arizona - affecting nearly 500,000 people with physical challenges in Arizona.
