I advertise my personal websites on GOOGLE. GOOGLE receives the highest percentage of searches that are done in the USA-- usually right around 67%. Yahoo is second with around 24% of all USA searches. I attract many international, local and out-state buyers who peruse my personal websites in their search for a home in the St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Palm Coast, and South Jacksonville areas (do a GOOGLE search for St. Augustine real estate or St. Augustine Florida Real Estate)-- www.MyFloridaHome.ws will be in the Top 5.
I also advertise my website internationally in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany,etc.etc.As the value of the dollar has plummeted and the value of most European currencies have risen, more and more foreigners are looking for properties in Florida as investments or vacation homes. I have recently made arrangements so that my website will also be in the TOP 5 for Google.ca (Canada), as well as for Google.uk (United Kingdom).

I belong to the local Chamber of Commerce where I receive all of the Chamber's Relocation leads which I receive on a weekly basis. I mail each and every one a personal letter offering them my assistance in helping them find their new home, pointing them to my website where your home will be featured, as well as a brochure of all of my current listings.
