Born and raised in Seattle, WA. My Real Estate experience began approximately 19 years ago when I was 18 years old and purchased a main residence in Burien, WA for myself. I sold that home, made some money, and have been hooked on Real Estate ever since. After that, I invested in many homes and have completed 54 personal investment transactions consisting of rentals, fixers, and land development projects. I have helped clients, friends, and family in Washington for many years and enjoy every minute of it. In 2005, had 59 closed transactions with buyers and sellers. In 2006, had 66 closed transactions with buyers and sellers and 2007 is starting to be another very good year. Many of my current clients/partners are investors and we invest in rentals, fixers, and foreclosures. I currently own several rental homes and have written approx. 70 leases for these and my clients properties. My specialties include main home purchase/selling and investment property purchase and management. I currently live in Kent, Washington with my wife Toni and my dog Sophie.
