That's why we invented the Short Sale ExpeditorTM Short Sale Workshop, that includes short sale training and short sale coaching. Through our simple system, we are able to spend time on agent training and agent coaching throughout the state of California in order to teach them to master the art of the short sale.
Additionally, our office maintains a full time staff of short sale negotiators and short sale processors who have contact with loss mitigations departments in lending institutions throughout the nation.
