Our Real Estate Philosophy and Short Sales
Located in the heart of Escondido in North San Diego County, Broadpoint Properties believes in the fine art of representing you. Our company believes that representing a client and closing a real estate transaction correctly is an art form. There are many details that can fall through the cracks, and many items that may need to be fine-tuned and finessed in a real estate transaction.

Broadpoint Properties knows that there is an art to working the short sale. That's why we invented the Short Sale ExpeditorTM Short Sale Workshop, that includes short sale training and short sale coaching. Through our simple system, we are able to spend time on agent training and agent coaching throughout the state of California in order to teach them to master the art of the short sale.
Additionally, our office maintains a full time staff of short sale negotiators and short sale processors who have contact with loss mitigations departments in lending institutions throughout the nation.
