As an example, the State of Nevada allows a Multiple Representation by a single agent to represent both the Buyer and the Seller in the same transaction (also known as Dual Agency). Even though it is allowed in this state, I do not practice it, nor do I allow my Team to practice it. I feel it is a total conflict that is best avoided even though it can be done correctly, it is something that gives the client a better feeling of service to be dedicated to just their needs.
