Meet Sheila
NC native; working and living on the Outer Banks (OBX); selling real estate here since 1989. I know the area well. My MLS covers from the NC/VA line (including the 4-wheel area) south to Hatteras, west to Currituck, Tyrrell, Camden, and Pasquotank counties (the "Inner Banks" or IBX). I am a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, an Accredited Buyer's Agent, and SFR Certification (Short Sales and Foreclosure). I am a volunteer with NEST (Network for Endangered Sea Turtles)We help new hatchlings make it to the ocean in the summer, work with stranded and injured sea turtles.
