Nancy Page Cooper is an exceptionally gifted property manager and Realtor.  She started the property management company five years ago with one property (which she still manges) and now has just about 30 managed properties around the Denver metro area. Her goal is to expand the property management to the entire front range including Colorado Springs and North...  Being a property manager is a hard business- we are caught between the owner and tenant and must possess really good people skills, attention to detail and a genuine concern for tenants and owners. 

I offer a variety of services including listing and buying homes as part of my real estate business.  It is hard to find a Realtor who can do both well.  And being my own broker I an offer competitive real estate listing services to sellers.  Now that is important!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Nancy was in corporate consulting and training in a variety of marketing,sales, and training positions.  She is a  professional writer  by trade and brings all these  skills to help you be successful!

I work with a variety of non profit groups including Rotary and Zonta and am proud to one of  three founders for the very successful Colorado Performance Excellence program (CPEx) based on national Baldrige.  She has been an international judge for quality teams for 12 years and is proud to be a concerned citizen.
