About Us:

We have an eight member team with a mission to help our clients at the highest level of service possible.  We take on the challenges of the real estate market today with great enthusiasm and a desire to accomplish what others may think to be impossible. Our caring team guides our clients through every stage of the process with great care and expertise. We are highly trained in the short sale arena and have successfully helped many sellers and buyers through the maze of options offered today for buying and selling in this uncertain market.

Our reward is much greater than the commissions we earn. The relief and gratitude in our sellers' faces and the excitement of first time homebuyers who have gotten a great deal and low fixed interest rate is reward for us too. We realize as a team we are accomplishing some of the most important work in our real estate careers. We know every day that we are making a difference and helping change lives. Its a crazy and exciting time in real estate and we so love our jobs.

With 24 years of real estate sales experience as one of the top producers in the Ocala/Marion County area, I am currently helping sellers sell properties that were purchased or refinanced during the boom and have overextended themselves on their mortgages. Preventing these sellers from going into foreclosure helps them back into financial recovery. My husband and two of our children have migrated into the business over the years, and now we share the knowledge and challenges of  real estate as a family. 

No matter what the market conditions, we train and adjust constantly to keep up with the latest information and knowledge to be successful in the market. We have no particular price range that we specialize in. It is the need of the client that is important more than the price range.

Our attitude is that every day offers new opportunities to help someone. We are always looking for ways to improve our systems to help more buyers and sellers and we are grateful for the work that we do.
