Who is Nancy Humphrey???

Hello!

I'm Nancy Humphrey, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in Pensacola, Florida. Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, my family and I moved to Pensacola in 1980 and consider this our hometown! I am married and have two lovely daughters.

Over five years ago, I took a real estate course with a good friend, not ever intending to become a Realtor. At that time, we both owned rental homes and thought the course would benefit our real estate knowledge. However, life is funny and takes many unexpected turns...and well, here I am a Realtor! I do love helping people and this is definitely a "people" business!

My Real Estate Passions

My passion is to help first time homebuyers and seniors who are downsizing. This is not to say that I don't work with other folks...I do. However, I personally feel that sometimes people take advantage of these two groups...not just in real estate, but in all areas of business. First time homebuyers are generally young and inexperienced. They need help in understanding what the homebuying process is all about...step by step! It is SO gratifying to help them into their first home!

Seniors need someone to look out for their best interests. I speak from experience, as I watched over my aunt (she died two years ago). There was always someone trying to sell her something, either by phone or at her front door. I have a soft spot in my heart and am very defensive for seniors! I strive to treat and respect them, as I would like to be treated!

Another important passion is to treat people ethically. I really feel that the way you treat others will come back full circle to you. I love working at Keller Williams....the company and all the people I work with. We are like a big family and really strive to do the right thing by everyone!!!
