With all the military bases here, I also enjoy working with the military families.  How scary to move to a unknown new place, with the probable prospect of deployment at some point and no place to live.  It's a privelage to serve these wonderful hereos of ours.

I also have become somewhat knowledgeable with short sales and foreclosures in the last year or so, as I'm sure many of my counter-parts have.  It's great when we can get something together so that everyone is satisfied (maybe not happy, but at least it's one less stress the seller or bank has to deal with).

I love to find places in the forest or up the mountain for my second home buyers.  You've never seen such beauty as we have here, and these folks realize it and appreciate our lifestyle.

We have so many retirees here, it's also a pleasure to serve them.  To find that perfect retirement home to play and enjoy themselves in is increadiably fulfilling.

I actually like helping the investors as well.  They come in pretty well educated  but do appreciate my attention to detail and the time I'm willing to devote to them to have a smooth closing from start to finish.
