Being first time homebuyers, it was overwhelming to digest the whole process let alone the new responsibility of owning a home and all the financials that come along with it. The education and services we received from Natalie DeLeo & the Team was first class all the way! Natalie DeLeo educated us through the process step by step so there were no surprises.
When it came to purchasing our first home our "prep work" began with making sure our credit was in good standing. Natalie took the time to hammer out the details of making sure we were in good standing and if we were not, how we could get there so we were approved for that first home loan.
As it turned out, it took a little bit of time as some things popped up on our credit that should have not been there. Had we not been educated, it would have made a stressful process made even worse because we did not know.
