Meet Nayla
My name is Nayla Benitez, I speak fluently both English and Spanish. I have been living in Miami for the past 15 years and in the Coconut Grove area for the past eight years. I graduated from Florida International University with focused studies on Business Administration. My goals are simple, excel at what I do and exceed my client's expectations. In order to do this I maintain the most professional codes of conduct and ethics that are crucial to succeed in this business.
My honesty and no-nonsense approach will win me as many clients as I loose, but those that work with me appreciate my dedication and commitment.

I specialize in the Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables Area. Specializing in target areas allows me to be able to better inform my clients about the community, the schools and the real estate market. The Brickell area is known for its high rise condominiums and business district, people that are looking to be in the middle of it all find living in Brickell is the best of both worlds. On the other hand Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are better known for its residential communities and distinctive homes which attract families and people seeking the single family homes and or townhomes.
I mostly work with buyers and feel that my negotiating abilities and market knowledge allows me to close the deal and get my clients the best price for their money. I have all the tools needed to help my clients make educated decisions whether buying or selling their homes.
