Most all primary and secondary homes receive a FREE home protection policy for the first year to cover: Life, Disability, Unemployment, and Hospitalization. My typical closings are as follows:
Conventional Purchase/Refinance (5% down): 10 business day on average, many in less time.
FA (97%, no minimum credit score) and VA (100%, 560 score and greater): 3-4 weeks, many have closed in 10 business days.
