About Us:
I am a NACHI certified home inspector. I am constantly learning & trying to find better ways to serve the real estate community. I am available for inspections 7 days a week and willing to work with any schedule, to fit your needs! Byrd-House Inspections is a team effort. My husband & I are both NACHI certified inspectors. I have an MBA from West Virginia University. My husband has worked in the construction trade industry for over 15 years.
We are busy with the inspection industry but always take time for family - our 2 small children, Evan & Olivia. We are also members of our church, participate in school activities & even sponsor the local tee ball team.
Areas of Expertise
I am a NACHI certified residential inspector. I perform home inspections for pre-listings, sale homes with realtors or for sale by owner. I will also perform Merchant site inspections, phase inspections, compliance and annual mortgage inspections.
