Dear Nick and Garrett,

I wanted to send you a letter to say thank you for all that you have done for me and my family.  We were so overwhelmed with having two homes that we were paying for.  It was a relief to finally find two Real Estate professionals that were honest and willing to go the extra mile to help us in such a horrible market.  When our other agents abandoned us in our time of need you were there to take over and get our home sold.   We are lucky to have found you and I will recommend you to everyone that I come in contact with.

I love the fact that I could call you at anytime and you would be there for us to talk to.  We had so much stress before we had you as agents and once we signed up with you the stress just went away because I knew that you were on top of everything.  It was great to always get at least one phone call a week telling us what had been happening with the home and what you felt would be our next step.  I just knew that we could trust you based on your performance.  The fact that you know what the market was going to do before it happened made it so that we were not chasing the market as the other agents had us doing we were finally in the right place to get the home sold.   I am just grateful that you came along when you did. 

Because I have been in the Customer Service field my whole life I tend to expect a lot from the people that I come in contact with and the other agents in this area don't even come close to the standard that you both have shown me.  Most of the time I would call the other agents and they would not be available or would not have any news as to what was happening I even had one agent ask me to call and talk to a potential buyer.  With you I could always get in touch with someone and there was always an answer to my questions.  Even when you were getting close to your wedding, Nick, you would always take the time to talk to me.  The customer service is exceptional the best I have ever seen with an agent. 

Again I just want to thank you for always being there for us and for getting the job done as quickly as you did.  You are the BEST! And I mean that.
