Homes & Land is a family owned and operated business, by Tim and Melissa Griffin. We have been serving the real estate community of Gaston and Lincoln County in North Carolina for over 6 years. Melissa has been in the Real Estate indusry for over 10 years.

Melissa is very active in the local Board of Realtor Associations as well as the Homebuilders Association.  A great honor was being present the Affiliate of the Year Award in 2005 by the Gaston Association of Realtors, 2006 Affiliate of the Year by the Lincoln County Board of Realtors and 2007 Associate of the Year by the homebuilders Association of Gaston County.

My name is Marsha Williamson. I am a native of Gaston County. I am a Broker/Owner of MARSHA WILLIAMSON REALTY LLC. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)and a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). I am an Alternate Director of the Gaston Association of Realtors Board of Directors and a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors where I serve on the Education Committee.
