These are the principles by which I serve my clients.

  • I am commited to being up front and honest with every client in every situation.  No hidden fees, no questioning what you are getting in to! My goal is to make everything clear and simple, not just for the first time home buyer, but for every client in every walk of life.

One of the things I enjoy the most about being in the Mortgage business is walking through the loan process with First Time Home Buyers. I love making it clear, simple and non threatening. I love taking the fear out of the process so they can relaxand enjoy the excitement of such a monumental and life changing event. It is rewarding to watch the American dream come true, one buyer at a time!

The "DO NOT'S"...

From the time a buyer is pre-qualified, there are a few simple things they can be reminded of, to ensure their Mortgage process goes as smooth as possible...

1. DO NOT stop paying your bills
All bills, including any current mortgage, must continue to be paid on time, to retain the pre-approval.

2. DO NOT charge large items on your credit cards
Any significant change in the balance of your credit cards ($200+) could jeopardize the pre-approval.

3. DO NOT use credit cards that you have paid off to qualify for the loan
If your approval includes any current credit cards being counted paid, with a $0 balance, any balance ($1+) charged to that credit card will jeopardize the pre-approval.

4. DO NOT finance anything
Do not finance furniture, appliances, or anything that would add a debt to you credit. Even if there are no payments for 2 years, the debt will still be counted and will change the approval. This could also negatively affect your credit, no matter what the sales person may tell you, and again may cause you to loose the approval.

5. DO NOT quit your job
You have been qualified based on the job situation that you have disclosed. If that changes AT ALL you may loose the approval.

As always, if there are questions regarding these things ASK!!! There could be situations that require exceptions.
