Washington State has been my home for over 30 years. I lived in Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Seattle, Pullman, Kirkland, and back to Bellevue. At WSU, I majored in communication studies and minored in political science. Occupations prior to Real Estate varied but slightly. I managed the morning operations of an upper scale gym in Bellevue. I worked as an assistant to a mortgage lender. I was operations manager of 40,000sq' of retail space for an international fine art and furniture importer and dealer. This began my appreciation and love of beautiful homes. Prior to that I worked as direct lending loan specialist. That was my first experience with real estate and real estate practice. The world of mortgage was interesting, but I decided that one day I'd like to be involved with helping people find and sell homes instead. I've always thought that would be a great feeling and let me tell you, it is. To relax and enjoy life, I took part in instructing a youth rock climbing program for children ages 6 to 9. Hobbies stemming from my experiences include rock climbing, physical exercise, mountain biking, hiking and running. Years of responsibility managing various entities honed an eye for detail and developed great communication skills. Joining Focus Realty NW team is a natural. I excel in finding buyers their dream home for the best value.
