I am a full-time Realtor out to challenge conventional Utah real estate brokerage firms and their 6% commission structure.  How can I afford to offer 50% commission rebates to home buyers and incredibly low Flat Fee MLS Utah listing services?  Since I focus on providing HUGE SAVINGS, and support, not sales pressure, referrals have become a reliable source of business allowing me efficiencies not common in the real estate industry.
