I have 35 Years of Mortgage Banking and Bank related services. I use the analogy - "If you throw enough spagetti against a wall, even a meatball or two will stick."  My experience allows me the ability to analyze and determine the best possible rate and program for your customers.  I do not take the easy way, I look for the lowest rate programs, before I recommend the higher non-conforming loan programs.
