About Me:
I am Broker/Owner of Guthrie Properties since 2006. We are a full service home town real estate firm that specializes in residential and Lake Palestine, Texas properties. I live on Lake Palestine and am an active member of the Bullard community. I love the peaceful home town feel that Bullard offers.
I am available to offer you personal, one-on-one help with what some say is the biggest decision you will make in your life. I consider myself to be honest, sincere, and loyal to my clients with a good attitude toward life. I feel I am a Broker with whom you would enjoy working. I love sailing, boating, painting and colored pencil drawing. I have to admit art is my second love! We have a beautiful Jack Russell Terrier named Abbey that is very spirited and loves the outdoors especially chasing squirrels and foxes!

My past experience involves 15 years of marketing and administration of which 7 years I was co-owner and Marketing Director of a Medical Equipment Company. My dream when I started in real estate was to become a Broker and have my own company so after two and one-half years I was blessed to see my dream come true. In my four and one-half years of real estate I have tried to be myself and treat each of my clients and customers as I would want to be treated.
I have earned my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute certification and my e-PRO, Internet Professional certification.
