  • K.M. Minemier & Associates opened it doors in 2003 with "Real Estate for Real People" as its mission slogan.
  • From 2003-05 KMM enjoyed much (and effortless) conventional real estate success in a booming and fast appreciating market.
  • Mid 2004 KMM acknowledged the indicators of a change in the Massachusetts/New Hampshire real estate market.  Bank foreclosures were on the rise, increasing number of purchases done with 100% financed/interest only/negative amortization mortgages.  The future of the market became apparent property owners were becoming over leveraged!
