The Warehouse District is downtown living in New Orleans adjacent to the Central Business District. A short walk to the Morial Convention Center, the Mississippi River and the New Orleans French Quarter. Condo conversions from Warehouses and Offices have made this a popular location. Lofts and condos have continued to appreciate and grow in number.New Orleans Warehouse District Photo Overview

From the Mississippi River Bridge as you travel down St. Charles Ave. to Jefferson Parish you will see a large variety of condo projects, large and small conversions plus the smaller conversion of individual historic homes into condos. Most of the conversions are recent and will vary in price and quality. Location for future value is the key. if you like the Historic home or a nice complex there will be one for your needs.
New Orleans Uptown/Garder District Condos

Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, River Ridge and Old Jefferson compromise the East Jefferson  condo market. Your choice will be apartment conversions of all sizes and a large number of condos that were built as condos in Kenner. The units are generally cheaper as are the taxes and fees. It is an easy commute to most points in New Orleans and Metairie.    Metairie/Kenner/Harahan/Jefferson Condo Review

Testimonials:

We had previously met Eric when we had first started looking at houses about a year ago. We were viewing houses on our own , and Eric happened to be getting ready to show another house on the same street. When we entered the house ( what we thought was a nice house) , Eric was quick to point out all of the flaws that would need to be fixed with the house, and the asking price was way too high. So..about a year later we called Prudential about a house that was recently listed with them, and Eric answered the phone. Immediately, I knew I wanted Eric as our realtor, because of his honesty, and his straight-forward personality. We were able to purchase the house we wanted, and Eric was helpful through out the process. Eric, did not try and push us to agree to anything, just to get the sale. I believe it is very is very important to be able to feel comfortable with your realtor, and not have a realtor who trys to get you to compromise on what you really want in a house, or the price you are willing to pay for a house. Eric did neither of these. If I ever need to purchase , or sell a house again, I would definitely hire Eric , and I would recommend Eric to friends , family, strangers, ect. anyone that I hear is trying to buy or sell a house.   Thanks Eric     Jennifer
