Professionalism – I listen to my clients.  Their needs and wants are my primary focus.  I am a true believer that by developing an honest and open relationship with my clients I will be able to deliver the highest possible standard of service.  I also pride myself on staying ahead of the real estate learning curve.  By relentlessly educating myself on current real estate regulations, statistics, news, and trends, I am able to deliver top-quality service to my clients.

Integrity – A home is often an individual’s primary/main investment.  I know and understand how important it is to protect this asset.  All of my clients will tell you that I place the utmost importance on honor and integrity.  My actions are first and foremost in my client’s best interests, not mine or anyone else’s.

Work Ethic – Unlike the majority of licensed real estate agents, I am a full-time real estate professional.  I do not work a different full-time job and attempt to practice real estate in my spare time.  Real estate is my main focus.  I am very easy to get in contact with, either by cell or email.  You will find that I love real estate and that I am very enthusiastic about talking about real estate!

Darryl was referred to our family from a "friend of a friend" shortly after Hurricane Katrina damaged our elderly mother's home.  Darryl's patience, knowledge and professionalism were much appreciated as we were overwhelmed with selling our mother's flooded property and locating a new residence for her.  Darryl answered every question and addresses every concern we had, which at times was not easy given the long distance factor that was thrown in to the mix.

 We highly recommend Darryl without reservation and look forward to the possibility of future business with him.

I have known Darryl Glade for many years as I am friends with his family and watched him grow up.  Knowing him for so long I knew he was bright, responsible and a hard worker.  When I asked him if he was interested in helping me sell my school that was lost to Katrina I had no idea that the process would be so easy or that I would sign listing papers and go to act of sale within 90 days!  Darryl worked with my board of directors and guided us though a process hampered by lost paperwork (due to Katrina) and complicated by board members scattered about (again due to Katrina).  Darryl helped me with a last minute clean up and was always available when I had a question.
I would not consider using another agent when I am again selling property in New Orleans.
