About Us:
The Ultimate Commission Split
NextRE Associates retain 100% of all real estate commissions.
Realtors operating under the NextRE brand, guidelines and operational umbrella pay only a low fixed annual fee. The annual fee for full time Associates can be paid under two membership plans: $325 monthly, or $3,250 when the first closing occurs and the first commission check is collected. That's it, no splits, no desk fees, and no franchise fees - regardless of the number of transactions that are completed.
An annual errors and omissions (E&O) insurance premium of $395 also applies.
Other highlight features and benefits include:
•· Collecting commission checks at the closing table.
•· Receiving all the leads and calls from lawn-signs and advertising.
•· Working with no restriction on the minimum or maximum commission percentage that can be charged for services to provide the flexibility that is needed to be competitive.
•· Getting an amazing array of electronic tools, strengths and capabilities at your disposal -- from our digital back-office platform for complete electronic transactions, to online lead management and referral systems, to electronic forms warehousing, to multi-state branding, to the state-of-the-art personal website.
Realtors are invited to join NextRE and take advantage of the extraordinary economic benefits being made available. Email me or call today at 302-376-0880 to discuss this truly rewarding and innovative opportunity as a NextRE Realtor.
