Meghan Mullee   DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY

As the Director of Marketing & Technology for the Take 5 Team, Meghan Mullee implements cutting-edge resources rarely seen in real estate until now.  While other agents are stuck using more traditional methods to promote their business and their listings, Meghan helps the Take 5 Team stay on the cutting edge of technology to exceed client expectations when it comes to promoting their properties.  Meghan is an expert in e-marketing strategies including, but not limited to, leveraging websites, blogs, and databases to promote her client's interests

Meghan Mullee graduated from the University of Virginia in 2003, and has been licensed to practice real estate in Florida since 2006.  She has experience as a Realtor, as well as a real estate coach and business consultant.  In addition to being the Director of E-Marketing & Technology for the Take 5 Team, she is also currently a Real Estate Business & E-Marketing Consultant for T5 Solutions.

Dennis Giannetti   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Dennis is the owner of ActiveXperiences, a coaching and consulting firm that focuses on individual and organizational development.  He is also the editor of T5 Times, the online professional and personal development publication for motivated people.

As a former branch manager for 2 major real estate companies as well as coach, trainer, and consultant to other agents and brokerages, Dennis Giannetti brings a unique full-view perspective of the industry to the Take 5 Team as thier business consultant.  He provides the team with the knowledge, strategic planning, and accountability needed to maximize their efforts and best serve their customers.  As a former mediator, Dennis also adds the critical element of negotiation expertise to the team.   

Dennis became licensed in real estate in Massachusetts in 1988, and later licensed in Florida in 1994.  In addition to his two real estate licenses, Dennis holds a Master of Science in Dispute Resolution, a second Master of Science in Human Resource Development.  He is a second degree black belt, and is married with two children.

Linda Giannetti   LUXURY HOME SPECIALIST

Previously licensed in Massachusetts and currently licensed in Florida, luxury homes specialist Linda Giannetti is specially in tune with the desires of both Florida natives and New England snowbirds and transplants.  Since 1983, Linda has been serving luxury home buyers and investors with a special emphasis on networking and relationship marketing.  Linda brings a vast network of contacts and experience to the table, in addition to a true concern for her client's needs.
