I hold several real estate certifications - ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) CEBA (Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent), e-Pro (internet savvy Realtor) and C-CREC (Consumer oriented real estate agent). I also have have expertise in advanced negotiation and mediation. Before becoming a specialist in representing buyers, I practiced real estate law in California. (although I don't practice law in NH). When moving to NH more than 10 years ago, I wanted to represent Buyers without the conflicts of interest inherent in representing both buyers and sellers in the same transaction.
From 2004-2008 I served as a director with the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors; I serve on the Professional Standards Committee, served as sub-chair of GMNBR legal committee 2007-2008 and am a past director of the NH Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. I am an educator and often participate in seminars to educate consumers about the home buying process.
