About Me

I am a full time seasoned Real Estate Broker with 17+ years of experience.  I am licensed in the states of New Hampshire and Maine.  I am a "Graduate of the Real Estate Institute" (GRI), I am a "Certified Buyer Representative" (CBR), I've earned the designation of "Senior Real Estate Specialist" (SRES), which has educated me on the issues of important financial outcome that I share with my clients as they make investments in the their real estate.  I recently received my designation of "Energy Star Real Estate Specialist" (ESRES), a program that has educated me to better serve my clients with the importance of energy efficiency in their current home and what to look for in their future home.  I am an "e-Pro" designated Realtor, which means that I am knowledgeable and trained on the latest technology avenues and how it is an important service to my clients regarding the marketing of their investment.  If you a a buyer/client, I can set you up with all the latest listingsas that come on the market, addition to supplying you with the latest COMPS for neighborhoods and schools that are of interest and important for your home buying decision.
