My story.
Aloha!
My name is Nadia Hilkert. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a first generation American who came from Kiev, Ukraine. The time sure flies...it has now been nearly 14 years that I came to America! I am proud to be American Citizen, and love this country very much!
I was born in Russia (then part of the Soviet Union). For many years, I had hopes of coming to America and my dream came true in 1996. I started with very little and no knowledge of English in Philadelphia Community College. With a lot of hard work and friends who helped along the way, I learned English, and so much about this great country!
I have a wonderful husband (we've been married nearly seven years!) and we have four wonderful children of whom we are very proud and thankful for (one daughter and three stepsons), as well as a really fine grandson, a son-in-law and daughter-in-law. We love to spend time together swimming, snorkeling and hiking in Hawaii, and traveling around our beautiful world whenever we the opportunity.
I have been a mortgage loan officer since 2002. I started my carrier in GA, next was FL, and now I am in Hawaii. We moved to Honolulu in 2004, we love the Aloha State, and we love to be a part of Hawaii's Greater Ohana.
I love working with people and helping them make their lives better. I suppose since I came to this country with so very little, I want to assist others realize the American dream of home ownership and making it as affordable as I can.
Hawaii state has so many wonderful financing programs such as USDA with no money down required, 100% financing with FICO score low as 600+ and more
My husband is a veteran of more than 30 years of service in the Army and Army Reserve. He has deployed three times since 1996. As you can imagine, I appreciate the service of Veterans and have great interest in serving the needs of our Veterans. Since 2005, I have helped many Veterans in getting their properties financed by using VA Loans. If you are a Veteran, let me help you through the process. Thank you very much for your help again. I am glad I found your website www.selecte-loan.com on the Internet about 3 years ago.
