  • Staging Consultation- We will meet you at the home to tour and assess the property.  We will take some notes and a few photos and I will return to my office where I will prepare the Staging Report.  This detailed written Staging Report will describe the steps to be taken to properly Stage the home.  It will also include recommendations on what needs to be packed, what needs to be repaired and what needs to be replaced and in some cases, added.
  • Staging Consultation with Return Visit- The homeowner may choose to have us return to assist with the final placement of furniture and Staging or in some cases they may choose to have us assist with the packing and other preparation in addition to the actual Home Staging.  The homeowner may choose to Stage using only their existing belongings, purchasing a few new items to add a fresh look or renting some items from our inventory to combine with their belongings to create a setting that highlights the home's best features.
  • Staging Vacant Properties-Complete Staging of vacant properties.  We can create simple vignettes using a few key pieces or fully furnish the home and yard.  In our complete Home Stagings, we consider all of the senses that affect buyers when they enter a home.  Your Staging will accentuate the home's best features without overwhelming them.  Our Home Stagings appeal to and satisfy all the buyers senses to inspire them to dream of living in the home.
