About Me...
I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1996 and have been consistently in the Top 2% of realtors nationwide since 2000 earning The Realty Alliance's National Sales Award three years in a row and Prudential NW Properties coveted Pinnacle and Gold Peak Producer awards. As a native Oregonian, I have seen the local real estate market shift many times.

I have extensive experience with several types of transactions, and am the leader in foreclosure prevention on the West Coast. As the Founder and Executive Officer of WestOne Properties, LLC and Oregon Home Savers, LLC, my team and I consult for some of the top bankruptcy law firms in Oregon, routinely coach other agents on pre-foreclosure transactions, we have designed an internet-based shortsale system and recently I co-authored "Should I Short Sale My Home - A Homeowners Guide How To Survive The Worst Real Estate Market In History."

I strongly believe in giving back to the community here and around the globe. My wife, Johna, and I volunteer our time with Forward Edge International, a group who addresses urgent needs around the world by mobilizing volunteers to help initiate and sustain long-term projects and relationships.
