So I'm the new guy in the industry. I just got my Real Estate License in Georgia and I'm working with WhatIfRealty(A division of Diamond Dwellings). I love this company because they are experts in web 2.0 and they take a hyper-localized approach to marketing. It's not your grandfathers real estate company and I'm pretty young at 22. I want to put a new face and a new spin on this industry!
I'm very interested in working with the college aged demographic dealing in investment properties. It's definitely a niche and one that not everybody can approach due to age barriers. So i'm pretty excited and would welcome any helpful adivce from people that are learning to succeed in todays market.
I'm also EXTREMELY interested in the FSBO market. Working on figuring that out.
