STAMFORD, Conn. (Jan. 17, 2012) - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Stamford resident Nicole Borsey has joined the company as the Stamford office manager. Borsey will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 70 sales professionals serving Stamford, Bridgeport, Weston, Fairfield, Greenwich and the surrounding communities in southern Fairfield County.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Borsey was the broker owner of The Property Network, a residential real estate firm based in Stamford.

With 10 years of residential real estate experience, Borsey has worked extensively with homebuilders and investors and has gained expertise in development, property management, real estate-owned asset management, and short sales. She was named best real estate agent by Fairfield Weekly in 2009 and 2010, and has received specialized training to sell distressed properties.
A graduate of Fordham University, Borsey has also earned a certificate in digital media production from New York University.
