About Needham Realty....

Needham Realty is a family owned and operated full service real estate company in both California  and Nevada. It was established in 1961 by Claude Needham in Sacramento. Claude is a native of Yolo County and attended Woodland High School. He grew up in West Sacramento, where the West Sacramento library would later be named after his mother, Thelma Needham. Yolo County has a rich history for our family. For over the last forty years our family has grown Walnuts here in Winters.

When deciding where to live, there was no place I would rather be. Living in Winters is a lifestyle like to other. It is an agricultutal community rich in history and with that small town Americana feel. Our quaint downtown has become a popular weekend destination with great restaurants, wine rooms, and the famous Palms Playhouse. There is an abundance of family friendly activities here. Winters is located between Davis and and Vacaville and is just an hour away from the world famous Napa Valley. The region is also known for its great Tempranillo Wines.

Needham Realty represents clients in all aspects of real estate. We have marketed and sold for some of the largest home builders in Northern California and Nevada. We also have a strong resale background representing both buyers and sellers, as well as land, agricultural, patented mining claims and commercial properties.

About me....

I have worked all aspects of the real estate market.  I have sold new homes for several years, but found that general real estate was more my calling. I love spending time with my clients, getting to know them and not looking for a "transaction" but a relationship with that client.

I have an extensive mortgage banking background which greatly assists my buyers in locating the right financing for their needs and also have found this extremely beneficial in getting my short sale listings approved with various lenders. I hold two short sale certifications and have successfully negotiated many short sales saving my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.  I find great satisfaction in finding the perfect home to suit my clients needs and take control of the entire process from start to finish to make the experience for the as pleasant as possible. My extensive new home sale experience also lends to my knowledge of the entire construction process.

I am continually expanding my real estate education to benefit my buyers and sellers and give them the best representation that I can.

I am proud of the fact that I am licensed in both California and Nevada and enjoy working both markets. The challenges of the Las Vegas market, one of the most challenging in the country, has greatly helped me to assist home buyers and sellers in the California market as well.
