 High Balance loans -729,000 to over 1 million (great rates, quick turntimes)- fannie mae regulations do not go above 729,000. I have lenders that lend to this type of a market.

Stated Income Loans 30% down only. This is for your self employed individual. Many people who own their own companies cannot attain financings after the bank looks at there returns. We have lender that will only verify assets not income.

Purchases-  5% conventional lenders and FHA lenders that have lessor requirement on credit for mortgage insurance.

Refinance -  with little or no equity - refinancing with up to a 105 LTV . Rates are aggressive must have put down 20 % when you originally purchased your home.
